The values of the world often stand in direct contrast to the values of God. What society esteems carries little weight in God’s eyes, and what God treasures is often ignored or dismissed by the world.
For example, the respect the world has for a doctor is not the same respect it has for a pastor. Being a Pastor may seem insignificant in the sight of earthlings, but in God’s sight, IT IS A DIVINE CALLING OF ETERNAL SIGNIFICANCE.
Some of your relatives think you are wasting time serving God, but God sees it as THE HIGHEST AND BEST USE OF YOUR LIFE. Never think for a moment that you should be doing something better with your time—there is nothing better than this. `SERVING GOD` IS THE GREATEST THING A PERSON CAN DO WITH THEIR LIFE.
