“The Nearness of God in the Wilderness and the Work”

DAY 20

*“The Nearness of God in the Wilderness and the Work”*

> “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” — Exodus 33:14

When Moses pleaded for God’s presence, Job cried for a Redeemer, Nehemiah restored holy order, the disciples watched Jesus conquer death, and Paul warned believers to walk wisely, one truth rose above all: God remains faithful even when His people are weary, wandering, rebuilding, or tested.

His presence is our strength, His redemption our hope, His resurrection our victory, and His communion our continual call to live set apart. When life feels broken, pressured, or uncertain, we anchor ourselves in the God who goes with us, fights for us, and forms us into a holy people.
