*God’s Way Beyond Human Disagreements*

*God’s Way Beyond Human Disagreements*

And there arose a sharp disagreement, so that they separated from each other. Barnabas took Mark with him and sailed away to Cyprus, but Paul chose Silas and departed, having been commended by the brothers to the grace of the Lord. Acts 15:39-40 ESV

Conflict in ministry does not mean failure. The disagreement between Paul and Barnabas could have been a setback, but God used it to expand His work. Differences and disputes often become channels for His purpose.

Encouragement restores and empowers. Barnabas gave John Mark a second chance, showing the importance of mentorship. Investing in others builds confidence and strengthens their calling. *1Thessalonians 5:11* says, *“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”*

Leadership requires discernment. Paul chose Silas for reliability and faithfulness. Effective ministry balances vision with accountability.

Separate paths can still serve God’s plan. The parting of Paul and Barnabas multiplied the gospel’s reach. God’s ways often differ from ours.

Every relationship and endeavor must be committed to God’s grace. Paul entrusted his work to the Lord despite disagreement. Yielding to God ensures guidance, restoration, and blessing. Through trust, discernment, and encouragement, God’s purposes prevail.

Your brother in Christ,
Apostle Ashok Martin
