*A LIFE POURED OUT FOR HIM*
`“For it is Christ’s love that fuels our passion and holds us tightly, because we are convinced that he has given his life for all of us. This means all died with him, so that those who live should no longer live self absorbed lives but lives that are poured out for him—the one who died for us and now lives again.” 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 TPT`
There will always be those who think you’re taking things too far: “Sharing your faith is fine, but spending so much money to win people to Jesus? Why?” They don’t understand our passion. They don’t realize that it is Christ’s love that fuels it—the same love for the lost that took Him to the cross is the very love compelling us to spend and be spent for the salvation of souls.
When you were in the world, spending thousands on parties and reckless living, no one paid attention at you. But now that you are giving and living the spread of the Gospel, suddenly there’s outrage—they say, “How can an intelligent man like you become a pastor?” They say it as though Jesus doesn’t deserve intelligent people in His service—as if it were a waste.
Beloved, now that we are born again, we no longer live self-absorbed lives. We live lives poured out for Him. Nothing poured out for Him is ever wasted. Even if the world call you a waster— `”waste it all” on Jesus!` Let us give Him our very best. He deserve it all ! He is worthy!
