Stop making excuses, hate Laziness!

No matter how much a lazy person may want something, he will never get it. A hard worker will get everything he wants.
Proverbs 13:4

Someone truly said “There are a thousand excuses for failure but never a good reason.”

Hate excuses! Either do it or don’t do it—but don’t make excuses. Stop using your incredible brain to think up elaborate rationalizations and justifications for not taking action. Do something. Stop lying down. Repeat to yourself: “If it is to be done, it’s up to me!” Losers make excuses; winners make progress. Now, how can you tell if your excuse is valid or not? It’s simple. Look around (at the cloud of witnesses) and ask, “Is there anyone else who has the same excuse as mine and is successful anyway?” When you ask this question, surely you will find that there are thousands of people who had a worse situation than yours, but have given wonderful service to God with their lives. If they could do – why can’t you?

It has been said that if people put as much energy into achieving their goals as they spend making up excuses for failure, they would actually surprise themselves! But first, you have to make a decision with yourself – Stop making excuses, hate Laziness!
