You will lack nothing !
By doing this you will live an honorable life, influencing others and commanding respect of even the unbelievers. Then you’ll be in need of nothing and not dependent upon others.
1 Thessalonians 4:12
God has ordered that you “lack for nothing” (1 Thessalonians 4:12) which means God is on your side. He doesn’t want you to lack anything. God has set in motion the power to “supply your lack” (Philippians 2:30).
In Deuteronomy 2:7, God calls our attention the time when His people believed and “they lacked nothing”. It says, For the LORD thy God hath blessed thee in all the works of thy hand: he knoweth thy walking through this great wilderness: these forty years the LORD thy God hath been with thee; thou hast lacked nothing.
After Jesus’ death, resurrection, ascension, and His sending the Holy Spirit, we are told “neither was there any among them that lacked..” (Acts 4:34). Yes, it’s possible to overcome your lack. It doesn’t happen automatically or even easily, but it is possible to attack and win.
And finally, God has provided the MEANS for you to use in overcoming your lack. And that is your faith. God hath given to every man the measure of faith (Romans 12:3). Faith is not something that you have to get, it’s something God has already put inside you. Have faith that God will provide, maintain and sustain you all through if you do what He says, you will lack no good thing.
