Crowned by Covenant, Not by Convenience”

DAY 81 —

*“Crowned by Covenant, Not by Convenience”*

> “He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?” — Micah 6:8

*2 Kings 11–14 :* A throne is preserved not by noise but by covenant; Athaliah kills heirs yet cannot kill God’s promise—hidden faith outlives public corruption; Joash begins right while guided, drifts when correction is removed, proving that borrowed conviction collapses under pressure; partial obedience invites slow decay, unfinished reform produces unfinished victory; mercy delayed becomes judgment accelerated; God restores when leaders repent but resists when pride hardens.

*Micah 4–7:* Micah exposes religion without justice, worship without mercy, power without humility; Zion is secured by righteousness, not alliances; hope rises for the remnant who wait, walk, and obey.

Guard the next generation, finish what God commands, refuse convenience, walk humbly daily, for lasting authority flows from faithfulness, not position.

Your brother in Christ,

Apostle Ashok Martin
