God cares for His servant
“Don’t ever be afraid. Speak the words that I give you and don’t be intimidated, because I am with you. No one will be able to hurt you, for there are many in this city whom I call my own.” Acts 18:9-10 TPT
When Paul was in Corinth, he faced rejection, mockery, and threats. In that vulnerable place, the Lord appeared to him in a vision with words that cut through fear.
This words reveals the heart of God for His servants. Paul’s strength was not in his courage, but in the Lord’s presence. Fear is silenced when we know God stands beside us. Intimidation loses its grip when we realize our assignment carries heaven’s authority. God was not only promising Paul protection but also assuring him of fruitfulness—that many in Corinth were already chosen, waiting for the message of the gospel.
The same is true today. Wherever God has placed us—in our city, workplace, or family—He has people who belong to Him but have not yet heard. Our task is not to measure success by acceptance or rejection, but to remain faithful in speaking His Word with boldness. The outcome belongs to Him.
So when you feel afraid, remember: His presence is your shield. When you feel small, remember: His Word carries power. When you feel alone, remember: God already has many who are His, and you are part of His plan to reach them.
Your brother in Christ,
