Faith That Outlives the Miracle

*”Faith That Outlives the Miracle”*

`All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth. Hebrews 11:13 NIV`′

Faith is not measured by whether we escape trials but by whether we remain loyal to God in them. Some believers, like women who “received back their dead by resurrection,” saw spectacular miracles in their lifetime. Others were tortured, imprisoned, stoned, sawn in two, or wandered destitute — and yet the Bible says they were *commended for their faith*. The ones who suffered without earthly rescue were not second-class believers — they were heaven’s champions. God declared that the world was not worthy of them.

Healing is a gift for this life, but resurrection is the hope for the next. Miracles can extend our days; resurrection gives us *eternal* days. When we trust God enough to rejoice in Him whether He heals us now or later, we declare that our faith is not in what He does for us, but in who He is.

In the end, the healed and the unhealed alike will stand together, clothed in immortality, in the presence of the One who is both the Giver of life and the Life Himself.

Apostle Ashok Martin
