Are you investing right?
Well then, you should have put my money on deposit with the bankers, so that when I returned I would have received it back with interest.
Matthew 25:27
Everything you have or own is invested in something. Your life, your mind, your time, your ability, your money – every single solitary thing that you possess is invested in one way or another in something or someone. The greatest and most important investment you can ever make is to make a total investment of everything you have or are, in God and the Lord Jesus Christ!
If you want to invest your money in the stock market, but don’t know anything about the stock market at all – then you go to a stockbroker because he is a person who has dedicated his life to studying and learning the stock market. You have a similar situation if you invest in land, or possibly a home.
There is a parallel which exists in our
relationship with God. When we invest our life in God, it should be on a permanent, full-time, 100% basis. In other words, don’t say, “God, I am going to invest 50% of me in You. That’s all.” Remember, what you don’t invest in God, you invest in the devil! You do not say, “God, I am going to give you 50% and devil, I’m going to give you 50%.” It has to be all or nothing with God.
God is a long-term investment. There are some things you can do in the stock market which will prove very profitable in a short period of time. But when you invest in God, it should never be on a short-term, part- time basis.

Apostle Ashok Martin
