Youths are like the arrows of a warrior!
As arrows are in the band of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
Psalms 127:4-5
If you are able to get to heaven and look into the very heart of God, it would surprise you that God is yearning for the young person. Today’s scripture even says ‘happy is the man’, and not ‘happy is the God’. The devil too gets happy if his quiver is full of young people.
There is a raging battle! . . . between God and the devil; and it is all about the youth! If you get into the heart of the devil today, the greatest push he is making behind the entertainment and glamor is for the young person to become his own.
The real battles of this world are about capturing the young people. When you understand this battle, then you will understand why you are facing all the conflicts on the path of purity and holiness. You will understand why you are confronted with so many temptations and loneliness.
