“When Endurance Speaks Louder Than Retaliation”
> For one is regarded favorably (is approved, acceptable, and thankworthy) if, as in the sight of God, he endures the pain of unjust suffering. 1 Peter 2:19 AMPC
There is a kind of pain that heaven calls *thankworthy*. It is not the pain of sickness, loss, or failure—but the pain of injustice endured under the eyes of God. When a child of God suffers wrongly and yet remains silent in faith, refusing to repay evil with evil, something divine happens. The world may see weakness, but God sees strength. This quiet endurance shuts the mouth of the accuser and stops the advance of darkness.
Jesus Himself bore such pain. Though He was reviled, He did not revile in return; though He suffered, He did not threaten. He committed His cause to the One who judges righteously. When we follow this path, we share in His victory. Each act of endurance becomes a declaration that *our trust is not in men but in God who vindicates.* Such pain purifies the heart and releases divine justice in unseen ways.
So when you face injustice and choose to endure for His sake, remember—you are not losing, you are partnering with Christ’s own suffering. You are silencing the enemy by refusing to play his game. And in due time, the Righteous Judge will turn that pain into glory, and that silent endurance into praise.
Your brother in Christ,
